The principle of operation of the drilling mud recirculation system:
1. From the working equipment (sump) using a vertical submersible pump, the drilling fluid is pumped into the low coarse mesh of the shaker.
2. Large particles from the drilling mud are sifted through the shaker collector, then the mud is pumped into the mud storage tank.
3. Through the slurry pump, the mud from the tank is pumped into the sand separator, which separates the clean mud and the mud with large solids.
4. Drilling mud with large solids falls into the upper fine mesh of the shale shaker, the drilling waste is separated and the clean mud is returned to the mud storage tank.
5. After the sand separator treatment, the clean drilling fluid is pumped through the drain line to the intermediate tank for storing the drilling fluid, then it is pumped out through the pipeline for the outlet of the drilling fluid or returned to the tank for storing the drilling fluid.
