LLC "Armaturny Zavod" manufactures cylindrical helical springs, which are elastic elements and are used in safety valves to ensure the tightness of the shutter. Springs are made of steels 50KhFA GOST 14959, 51KhFA GOST 14959, 60S2A GOST 14959, 12X18H10T, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy. The technology of hot winding of a rod makes it possible to manufacture a spring from a rod with a diameter of more than 30 millimeters in compliance with the technical requirements in accordance with GOST 16118 and ST TsKBA 030.
Overview:
LLC "Armaturny Zavod" is ready to offer the following types of springs:
- In accordance with the current specification for safety valve springs. They are used in newly manufactured safety valves and valves that have been in service for the last 10-15 years.
