MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• WORKING ENVIRONMENT: from -60°С to +100°С (on request up to +200°С) .
  • water, steam and other non-explosive and non-toxic media;
  • oil, petrochemical products, synthetic oils and other explosive and flammable and toxic liquid media, neutral with respect to the materials of the main parts;
  • natural gas and other gaseous, explosive, flammable and toxic media that are neutral with respect to the materials of the main parts, including those containing methanol.

  • cranes for general industrial purposes: TU3742-048-05749375-2012 (according to GOST21345-2005, Specification API 6D);
  • cranes for facilities of Gazprom PJSC: TU3742-013-05749375-2010, TU3742-052-05749375-2013 (according to STO Gazprom 2-4.1-212-2008);
  • cranes for Transneft facilities: TU3742-045-05749375-2010 (according to OTT-23.060.30-KTN-114-16).
• TIGHTNESS CLASS ACCORDING TO GOST 9544-2015: "A".
   

DESIGN FEATURES

1. FULL BORE OF THE VALVE provides the possibility of unhindered movement of cleaning and diagnostic devices through the pipeline, maintains a constant pressure of the flow of the working medium.
2. SPINDLE SPINDLE PACKING ASSEMBLY allows for safe replacement of the soft stem seal on an active pipeline (when pressure is released from the body in the “closed” position). The design of the gland assembly provides for anti-blowout installation of the spindle.
3. DRAINAGE PIPELINE is designed to remove condensate from the valve body, to flush and dry the internal cavity, and (if necessary) to control the tightness of the valve.
4. The PLUG FOR AIR RELIEF from the internal cavity is located on the valve body and is used to relieve pressure during valve maintenance.
5. FORCED LUBRICATION SYSTEM allows restoring the tightness of the valve during operation in the seal areas of the spindle and seats. Uniform sealing grease fittings are designed for pressures up to 50.0 MPa and allow you to quickly connect the packing device adapter.




 
6. For versions for low pressure PN 1.6 ... 4.0 MPa , it is possible to manufacture valves with a lightweight body
