Directly heated oil and gas separator - NGVRP (Heater-Treater type apparatus) - is designed to produce commercial oil from well production, for separation of well production, for preliminary dehydration. Able to replace the installation, consisting of several devices. NGVRP can be operated in a cold macroclimatic region with an absolute temperature of up to - 600 C. The region of the territory is not regulated by high-speed wind pressure. The block is installed in an open area.

PN-blocks of oil and gas water separators with direct heating with an electrode system are designed for deep dehydration of oil at oil treatment facilities (OTF). At present, more than 28 NGVRP units are in commercial operation. The blocks are in commercial operation at the fields of the following companies: OAO TNK-BP, OAO Surgutneftegaz, OAO Rosneft, OAO Gazprom Neft.
The oil and gas separator is a horizontal cylindrical apparatus with elliptical bottoms, mounted on two saddle bearings. On the cylindrical part of the hull and on the bottoms of the NGVRP-type devices there are technological fittings, fittings for installing C&A equipment and hatches. On the left bottom (from the side of the mixture inlet) a flanged connection of the heater flame tubes with the body is provided.
