Automated gas distribution stations are designed to supply gas to settlements, industrial enterprises and other consumers in a given quantity with a certain pressure, the required degree of purification, odorization and gas metering.
Overview:

Automated gas distribution stations (AGDS) are products of monoblock design or consisting of several factory-ready block-boxes, providing for accelerated installation and commissioning at the site of operation.

The AGDS is operated in conditions of moderate cold climate or cold climate (unless otherwise specified by the Customer).

The design of the AGDS allows its operation in accordance with clause 6.3 of STO Gazprom 2-2.3-1081-2016 (GDS maintenance forms), including without the constant presence of service personnel in automatic mode, depending on the requirements of the Customer.

Main functions of AGRS:

- gas purification from mechanical impurities and drip moisture;

- gas heating to prevent the formation of crystalline hydrates and equipment freezing;

- reduction and maintenance at a given level of gas pressure supplied to the consumer;

- measurement of gas flow;

- gas odorization;

- regulation of gas flow (at the request of the customer);

- uninterrupted gas supply to the consumer with the specified parameters;

- automation of technological processes;

- information communication with automation and telemechanics systems of the upper level.

AGRS are manufactured category 1 in UHL or HL climatic version according to GOST 15150.

AGRS allow operation in areas 1, 2 and 3 according to SP 50.13330.2012 under the following conditions:

- snow load - area V according to SP 20.13330.2016;

- wind load - region V according to SP 20.13330.2016;

- relative humidity - up to 100%.

AGDS meet the seismic resistance requirements for areas with seismicity of no more than 7 points on the MKS-64 scale according to SP 14.13330.2018.

By special order, AGRS can be designed and manufactured in seismic design for operation in areas with seismicity of 9 or more points.

Gas parameters at the AGDS inlet:

- pressure 1.2 ... 12.5 (12 ... 125) MPa (kgf / cm 2 );

- gas temperature from 0 to plus 40 °C;

- according to GOST 5542 or STO Gazprom 089-2010.

The possibility of supplying gas with other quality indicators and pressures to the AGDS inlet is specified in the questionnaire, while the following conditions must be met:

- conditional (calculated) pressure at the inlet to the AGDS - up to 12.5 (125) MPa (kgf/cm 2 ). The design pressure of the AGDS is accepted in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference (TOR).

- the minimum gas pressure at the inlet must exceed the gas pressure at the outlet by at least 0.2 MPa.

Gas parameters at the AGDS outlet:

- gas pressure: 0.3…1.2 (3…12) MPa (kgf/cm 2 )

- gas temperature from 0 to plus 10 °C;

- deviation of gas pressure from the specified one should not be more than ±10%.;

- gas quality indicators according to GOST 5542 or STO Gazprom 089-2010. The need to supply gas to the consumer with other quality indicators and pressures is specified in the questionnaire.

Standard sizes of AGDS by conditional throughput:

- 1000 m 3 / h;

- 5000 m 3 / h;

- 10000 m 3 / h;

- 20000 m 2 / h;

- 30000 m 3 / h;

- 40000 m 3 / h;

- 50000 m 3 / h;

- 100000 m 3 / h and more.

The designations of the standard size range of basic versions of AGDS in terms of throughput are given in Table 1.

The number of block-boxes that make up the AGDS depends on the design features and requirements of the Customer, specified in the O.L. The design of the AGDS provides for the possibility of delivery to the installation site in block boxes or separate transportable blocks and (and) units (hereinafter blocks, unless otherwise specified) with the equipment installed and tested.

The following units can also be manufactured and supplied in the form of separate units - a switching unit, an odorization unit, a cleaning unit, a reduction unit, a gas heating unit, a switching unit and a gas metering unit.

In general, AGDS are monoblock or consisting of several block boxes of complete factory readiness with all the necessary life support systems, which include fully assembled and tested equipment, which ensures accelerated installation of AGDS at the site of operation. The AGDS block building is delivered to the construction site as a separate shipping mark. At the installation site, the AGDS block-building is installed on a pre-prepared foundation, which is carried out by the General Designer. The sizes of block-boxes have the ability to be transported by rail, water, and road transport at any distance.

The design of the AGDS ensures operation without the need for constant and continuous monitoring by specialists in an automated mode.

The design, as well as the number of block-boxes or base frames that make up the object, depends on the design features and requirements of the Customer, specified in the questionnaire.

Transport overall dimensions and weights of basic versions of AGRS do not exceed the following values:

- length of one block-box - 12000 mm;

- width of one block-box - 3500 mm;

- height - 3500 mm;

- weight of one block-box - 25 tons.

The design of basic versions of AGDS, as a rule, provides for the following components and systems:

- switching unit;

- gas purification unit;

- gas heating unit;

- reduction unit;

- gas consumption metering unit;

- gas odorization unit;

- gas treatment unit for own needs;

- pulse gas preparation unit;

- gas flow limiting unit;

- automatic control system;

- power supply system;

- electric lighting system;

- fire alarm system;

- heating system;

- heating and ventilation system;

- purge system with inert gas.

It is allowed, at the request of the Customer, specified in the questionnaire, to include additionally or not to include from the above, units and systems (a pulse gas preparation unit, a gas flow limitation unit, etc.).

Automated gas distribution stations of the Bunter-M type are manufactured according to TU 28.99.39-001-91899331-2019.

The AGDS design process is carried out by our own design department, whose specialists have many years of experience in designing oil and gas equipment of any complexity.

The production of AGDS is carried out in Yekaterinburg at the own production site of United Oil and Gas Group LLC.

The production facilities include: production workshops, painting area, shot blasting chamber, plasma cutting, metalworking equipment, pipe bender, own non-destructive testing laboratory with all necessary equipment.
