Mixing and charging machine MZ-3B-01-E based on KAMAZ-6522 6*6 (The unit can be mounted on any base of domestic and foreign production). The charging machine is designed to transport the initial components (dense and porous ammonium nitrate, water-oil emulsion and gasification solution). Preparation of both simple and emulsion explosives by dosing and mixing the components directly in the process of charging wells of the Granulite brand E and Granulite brand EM type with a diameter of 110 mm. to 300 mm. The design of the machine provides the ability to charge at least 6 wells from one parking of the machine (with a drilling grid of 3*2, three rows of two wells in a row).
Overview:

The mixing and loading machine MZ-3B-01-E is equipped with a modern hydraulic system based on the best imported and domestic components, as well as a new generation automation system based on an industrial panel computer, which allows:

- control the loading process in automatic mode

— regulate the performance of the SPM without preliminary calibration.

— monitor the operation of each unit and turn it off automatically if an emergency occurs, which ensures complete safety of service personnel.

- maintain a given percentage of components in the final product.

— to archive the explosive loading protocol.

The machine is equipped with a well drainage system.

The mixing and charging machine MZ-3B-E meets all the safety requirements for the operation of SZM:

  • Rules for the design of charging, delivery and mixing equipment intended for mechanization of mining operations (PB13-564-03).
  • Safety rules for blasting operations established by order No. 605 dated 16.12.2013.
  • Rules for the transportation of goods by road.
  • General safety requirements GOST 12.2.003-91.
