Oil and gas Separators NGS
The oil and gas separator is a horizontal metal container in the form of a cylinder, inside which the following are installed:
- a baffle for the primary separation of the liquid flow;
- a nozzle that prevents foam formation;
- partition made of cross-section sheets for uniform flow rate;
- string drip collectors for gas purification;
- fittings providing the input and output of separation products;
- control and measuring instruments.
Designed to work only with liquids that contain a small proportion of gases. Used in oil and gas fields, gas distribution stations and energy complexes.
The separator is used in both the chemical and fuel industries, and the product obtained as a result of separation is used:
- to reduce hydraulic resistance in pipeline networks;
- stratification of foam contained in the same oil, as well as its separation;
- reducing pulsation during oil delivery from tanks to subsequent processing and preparation units.
