Scientific and Production Enterprise LLC 35th Mechanical Plant, Kaluga (NPP 35 MZ LLC) has been designing and serially producing a wide range of equipment for the oil and gas industry of the Russian Federation since 2005.

The main directions of production are the manufacture of auxiliary technological equipment for GPU (exhaust systems with snails, integrated air cleaning devices, heat utilizers, tubular air heaters) and equipment for compressor stations, underground storage facilities, BCS, SOG operating under high pressure (blocks, tanks, separators, dust collectors, filters, columns, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, furnaces). The equipment is operated in subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom for the production, transportation and underground storage of gas, oil and gas condensate.

The enterprise is located on an area of 14 hectares, has its own production base of 40,000 sq. m with a large park of modern technological equipment.

NPP 35 MZ LLC is certified for compliance with the quality management system STO Gazprom 9001-2018, GOST ISO 9001-2015, is an accredited supplier of PJSC Gazprom, a member of the Russian Gas Society non-profit partnership, is included in the unified register of oil and gas suppliers, has a valid accreditation from PJSC Rosneft, was audited by an independent expert company LLC Business Trend. The manufactured products are declared and certified for compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR / CU 010/2011 and TR / CU 032/2013, as well as within the voluntary certification system "GAZPROMCERT". In August 2018, the enterprise passed an audit for compliance with the quality management system ISO: 9001-2015 and STO Gazprom: 9001 2012 in the INTERGAZCERT voluntary certification system, and in January 2019, the business reputation of the enterprise was successfully assessed within the framework of the INTERGAZCERT SDS. The management system of the enterprise in the field of occupational safety and health meets the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard.

The products of NPP 35 MZ LLC are operated in subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom for the production, transportation and underground storage of gas, oil and gas condensate, such as LLC Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk, LLC Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky, LLC Gazprom transgaz Ukhta, OOO Gazprom transgaz Surgut, OOO Gazprom transgaz Saint Petersburg, OOO Gazprom transgaz Stavropol, OOO Gazprom transgaz Krasnodar, OOO Gazprom dobycha Nadym, OOO Gazprom dobycha Yamburg, OOO Gazprom production Noyabrsk ”, LLC“ Gazprom UGS ”. We have supplied more than 1000 pieces of equipment for gas-pumping units of various designs and different capacities from 2.5 to 25 MW.

Today, Scientific and Production Enterprise “35th Mechanical Plant” LLC is an enterprise with qualified engineering and labor personnel, technical potential, a set of equipment that allows to carry out a full technological cycle for the production of complex products and various metal structures, starting with cutting of rolled metal and sheet material and ending with painting and shipment of finished products to the customer.
