Overhead crane beams

Overhead cranes are designed to lift and move loads weighing within the rated lifting capacity. Their low weight and simple design make them one of the effective means of mechanization of loading and unloading operations. The simplicity of the overhead crane design makes it possible to use it to mechanize loading and unloading operations in mechanical engineering and warehousing. Overhead overhead cranes move along monorail I-beam tracks mounted on supports. Either the supporting structures of the building or supports specially made for the overhead crane are used as supports. Overhead overhead cranes are safer to use and have a longer service life than overhead ones. The crane span can vary from 4.5 m to 22.5 m or more. The crane service area allows covering the maximum height of the workshop. The crane's construction height depends on the construction height of the hoist and the height of the crane's metal structure. The crane is powered by a three-phase AC network with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. The operator controls it from a pendant control panel (from the floor) or a remote control. The placement category is indoors or under a canopy (U3 or U2) at an ambient temperature from -20 to +40 degrees C (from -40 to +40 degrees C by agreement with the customer). Cranes may not be used in explosive or fire hazardous environments. Cranes may not be used to transport people, explosive or toxic substances.
