The KBM-401PA construction tower crane is designed for lifting and transport operations during the construction of residential, civil and industrial buildings and structures of various storeys with elements of building structures weighing up to 10 tons. The mobile (on rails) full-slewing (with a rotating tower) tower crane is equipped with standardized mechanisms, is assembled and dismantled using its own mechanisms and a truck crane with a lifting capacity of 16 tons, and is transported assembled on rolling trolleys. The crane is equipped with a lifting boom. The boom lifting angle is in the range from 15 (horizontal boom) to 65 degrees (inclined boom). At the customer's request, it is possible to manufacture a KBM-401PA crane of a standardized design, which allows the installation of both a beam and a shunting boom, depending on the construction site. It is designed for operation in I-VI wind zones according to GOST 1451-77 and in climatic version “U” of category I according to GOST 15150-69 at an ambient air temperature from -40 to +40°C. Seismicity up to 6 points inclusive. Crane operating mode group A4 according to ISO 4301/1-86. The basic crane configuration includes a modern operator’s chair console, an OGM-240 (or ONK-160B) safety device with a built-in parameter register and a work zone limitation system (WZL); a frequency electric drive for crane rotation and trolley movement mechanisms, and special anti-theft grips. The crane can be optionally equipped with a frequency control of the lifting mechanism, a soft start system for the crane travel mechanism, a radio control panel and an air conditioner.
