MG KRANEKS, over 20 years of cooperation with the world leader in the production of construction equipment, the Japanese company KOMATSU, in the format of a joint venture created on a parity basis (50:50) for the production of metal structures for hydraulic excavators, has accumulated the necessary technological, logistical and organizational competencies , which have been digitized and fixed in the IT management system and ensure the production of competitive products.

MG KRANEKS has built and implemented a corporate IT management system based on a single database for all legal entities included in the group. All business processes of management and technical preparation of production have been automated, from design to sale and shipment of products, the internal corporate document flow in paper form has been completely eliminated.

The corporate IT management system ensures the compulsory execution of production and management business processes by all employees of MG KRANEKS. This allowed us to achieve a corporate management culture and product quality comparable to our Japanese joint venture partners.
