SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "GAKS-ARMSERVICE" is an engineering company that carries out a full range of works on the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, and is a leading Russian manufacturer and developer of its own technologies for the repair of pipeline valves.

● NPO GAKS-ARMSERVICE was founded in 1988 in Penza.

● The founder of the company, its president and supervisor is Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Industrial and Industrial Complex, Honorary Valve Engineer, Honored Oil and Gas Engineer Seinov Sergey Vladimirovich.

● NPO "GAKS-ARMSERVICE" is the leading organization of the Scientific and Industrial Association of Valve Manufacturers (NPAA) on the quality of technological processes for the manufacture and repair of pipeline valves and the creation of scientific and technical documentation. Since 2006 the company has been a full member of the Russian Union of Oil and Gas Builders (ROSSNGS).

● For more than 30 years, the company has been engaged in the design, manufacture and supply of technological equipment for various industries - gas, oil, petrochemical, energy, utilities and others.

● The enterprise has its own production, office and warehouse premises located on the territory of the Penza Bearing Plant. The production area covers more than 4500 sq. m, office and laboratory space - 2200 sq. m. The machine tool park of the enterprise is over 100 pieces of equipment. The production of the enterprise is equipped with modern equipment, which makes it possible to respond promptly to market requirements.

● The team of the company consists of about 200 experienced highly qualified specialists.

● The work of SPA "GAKS-ARMSERVICE" is based on the technical knowledge accumulated as a result of 50 years of scientific and production activities of the leading specialists of the enterprise.

● Under the scientific guidance of the president of the company and based on the results of the engineering activities of the enterprise, monographs, technical manuals, manuals, standards related to the process of diagnostics, repair and testing of pipeline valves and equipment for repair and testing were prepared and published. More than 20 scientific and industrial-practical editions of "NPP Valve Worker Libraries" have been published.

● For information support of structures involved in the production, repair, operation, purchase of pipeline valves, the organization provides services for reference and information support and training in the processes and rules of design, production, operation, maintenance and repair of pipeline valves.

● Over the years of the company's existence, the scientists and engineering service of the enterprise received 47 patents for their own inventions, developed 80 enterprise standards. With the participation of NPO GAKS-ARMSERVICE, 5 national and 6 industry standards have been developed.

● Currently, the company has a quality management system in relation to the development, production and after-sales service of the manufactured equipment, which meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001: 2015). Technological equipment, tooling, measuring instruments and systems designed and supplied by the enterprise are certified, tested and successfully operated at various facilities of the oil and gas complex. The geography of supplies of the company's products currently covers most of the regions of Russia and several neighboring countries. The uniqueness of the manufactured products is confirmed by patents for industrial designs.
