External Centralizer for pipes GAKS-Ts

PURPOSE

● High-precision centering and fitting of pipe ends before welding.

There are two types of external centralizers on the page - a high quality centering centralizer and a universal chain centralizer.

● The centralizer of high quality centering consists of two semi-rings movably connected to each other on the axis. The centralizer is fastened to the pipe with screws. Reconfiguration of the centralizer to a different pipe diameter is carried out using pressure screws. Alignment of the edges of the pipes to be welded is made using screws with a special tool.

● The universal chain centralizer consists of a tensioner, supports and a chain.

● The principle of operation of the clamp of the universal chain centralizer - screw. The centralizer is adjusted to the pipe size by tensioning the chain, which is done by rotating the handle of the screw mechanism. The alignment of the edges of the pipes to be welded is performed using the support screws and the tensioner.

● The delivery set of the centralizers includes special socket wrenches.
