LLC "NHPT"

LLC "NKHPT" produces fasteners, flanges for critical units and pipelines, parts and components for pipeline valves for enterprises of the nuclear, gas, oil, chemical, petrochemical industries:

- flanges according to GOST, according to foreign standards, according to other standards and customer's drawings;
- plugs according to GOST, according to foreign standards, according to other standards and customer's drawings;
- pipe fittings (tees, transitions, bends);
- hardware products (studs, nuts, bolts, washers) according to GOST, according to foreign standards, according to other standards and customer's drawings;
- forged blanks (forgings / stampings);
- welded products (metal structures and products according to drawings);
- other non-standard metal products according to the customer's drawings.

Production facilities and laboratories
At present, the territory of the enterprise is 3.2 hectares: production area - 8573 m 2 , S warehouse - 2374 m 2 .

1. Flange production: forging and pressing section, mechanical section, section for non-standard products (including welding section);
2. Hardware production: mechanical section, section of non-standard products;
3. Tool production (designed to provide the manufactured workshops with tooling, spare parts for equipment repair);
4. Laboratories (technical control of products): measuring (metrological) and metallographic laboratories, as well as a non-destructive testing laboratory;
5. Sections for the manufacture of containers, warehouses, transport area.

Storage facilities
The warehouse is provided with storage places, equipped with a crane-beam and a manipulator. All products arriving at the central warehouse undergo incoming control. Storage and delivery of materials (rolled metal, blanks) is carried out by float.

Product quality
Particular attention of "NHPT" places on the quality of products.
For this, 100% input control of materials and tools used in the manufacture of products, operational control of products during processing, 100% control of finished products has been introduced.
To prevent corrosion, products made of black steels are subjected to one hundred percent conservation with the composition AKOR-1 GOST 15171-78.
If necessary, it is possible to carry out incoming control together with the customer on the territory of the NKHPT.

NPP supplies

In 2005, NKhPT LLC received a license that allowed the company to supply equipment for nuclear facilities.
in 2014, the scope of the license was expanded: in terms of manufacturing elements of the 1st safety class and equipment of the 2nd safety class with the implementation of welded joints for nuclear power plants.
In 2019, OOO NKhPT expanded the scope of the license in terms of the manufacture of equipment for nuclear fuel cycle facilities.
In June 2021, a license was obtained for the design of equipment (elements) important for the safety of nuclear facilities, classified in accordance with federal norms and rules in the field of the use of atomic energy to safety classes 2.3:
- elements of pipelines for nuclear installations;
- pipeline accessories;
- fasteners.

Types of supplied products for nuclear power plants.
Equipment manufacturing is classified as 1, 2, 3 safety classes according to NP-001-15 "General provisions for ensuring the safety of nuclear power plants" and NP-016-05 "General provisions for ensuring the safety of nuclear fuel cycle facilities":
- equipment and pipeline elements for nuclear facilities (blocks, bends, transitions, tees, hangers, supports, fastening metal structures) with welded joints;
- elements of pipeline fittings, elements of valves, fasteners;
- blanks (forgings, stampings, semi-finished products).
