Production of connecting parts
We manufacture products such as:
Flanges, bends, tees, transitions, plugs, bottoms from any steel grade. The basis of production is steel 09g2s, 13hfa, steel 20 and 10x17n13m2t, stainless steel 12x18n10t.
For clients of our company, it is possible to order parts for the desired type of pressure, any size of all GOSTs. A distinctive feature of our company is the production of wellhead flanges in accordance with GOST 28919-91 from stamped blanks.
The MIR TPA plant combines several production sites, including its own foundry, stamping and machining.
Production
We are trusted with large orders. An example is the delivery of bent bends in a short time according to STO CKTI 321.02-2009 and 720.10-2009 for a well-known giant plant. The quality of parts in accordance with GOST, delivery ahead of schedule and competitive prices, that's what our advantage is. A competent employee from our company carried out an input control with the buyer's acceptance committee in accordance with all the requirements of STO CKTI.
Another significant project is the supply of flat flanges made of steel 10x17n13m2t from 50 to 800 diameter, for a project to upgrade all piping systems in a large enterprise that was built in 1959.
Documentation and product quality meet the requirements up to projects for the construction of strategic facilities.
We work with single orders. At our own foundry, it is possible to manufacture parts of any complexity, on order, even in a single copy.
With shipment to details there is a full accompanying documentation.
The incoming control of steel according to Quality Control Department is organized at the production site.
At the input control, we check every detail according to the requirements specified in the GOSTs. When checking, chemical and spectral analysis of the finished product is carried out.
