Foam plastic cylinders (shells) are an effective and inexpensive solution for thermal insulation of pipelines and air ducts for various purposes with an operating temperature of up to 80 degrees. The material is expanded polystyrene grade PPS-16, with a density of 16 kg / m3. Density is the main distinguishing characteristic of expanded polystyrene grades PPS. The material of this grade is recommended for use indoors and for overhead pipeline laying in a casing. Laying in the ground without a tray is allowed. It is also possible to manufacture from other grades of expanded polystyrene.
