Modules of Centrifugal Separation of oil sludge and Industrial Effluents of the MTs series

Depending on the configuration, they can carry out the following types of separation:

• separation of the solid phase from the liquid (thickening of the precipitate),
• coarse separation of liquids with separation of the solid phase,
• fine separation for finishing purification of the allocated water, hydrocarbons or other liquids.

Decanter centrifuges and plate separators from leading European manufacturers are used as separation equipment.

The composition, functionality and characteristics of the separation modules are always selected individually, in accordance with the statement of work and in accordance with the parameters of the materials at the entrance and the required performance at the output.

The minimum equipment that can be supplied as part of the MC module: a decanter centrifuge or a centrifugal separator, a feed screw pump, a screw conveyor or a screw-screw pump for the selection of the separated solid phase, pipelines, valves and automatic equipment. Maximum equipment - not limited.

MC modules are produced both in general industrial design and in explosion-proof in accordance with Russian (B-1) and international standards (Zone I, Zone II).

If necessary, MC modules can be additionally equipped with reagent supply units (flocculants, coagulants, demulsifiers - depending on the requirements of the process), averaging and heating capacity, nitrogen station, boiler room, containers for refined products, etc.
