Carbide self-sharpening crowns SA-6

The carbide self-sharpening crown CA6 is made in accordance with TU 41-01-348-78. The crown is reinforced with hard alloy. It is intended for core drilling of mainly abrasive monolithic and alternating rocks of medium hardness of the IV-VII category and partially of the IX category for drillability: sandstones, siltstones, diorites, gabbro, porphyrites, silicified limestones.

CA6 drill bit consists of a body with sludge and flushing grooves and soldered primary and secondary cutters (carbide inserts). Applicable materials: case - steel 35 GOST 1050-71, cutters - hard alloy VK10KS GOST 3882-67, supporting plates steel 45 GOST 1050-71, wrapping plates - st.3 GOST 380-71, solder - brass L63 GOST 1019-71 .
