Description:

FILTER-TEST is a new, environmentally friendly polymer. Effective stabilizer and fluid loss reducer. By adjusting the viscosity of the solution, it reduces bentonite consumption. Minimizes risks when working in difficult soils, such as quicksand and flooded sandstones.

Overview:

FILTER-TEST Improves ductility and crust strength on well walls. Creates a strong and elastic crust on the walls of the wellbore, preventing the penetration of the filtrate into the soil, which provides additional stability of the wellbore.

FILTER-TEST Has a high dissolution rate in water. It allows you to completely strengthen the walls of the well and adjust the rheology of the solution, eliminates other complications that usually occur during construction in complex soils.

Instruction for use

Additives should be added to the mixed bentonite solution with the mixer turned on.
Dosages of FILTER-TEST in solution are 3 - 7 kg / m ³ .
In difficult soils, an addition of up to 10 kg / m ³ is possible.
