Description:
The K-500 compressor is a single-cylinder, six-speed centrifugal compressor with one-way suction. The compressor consists of the following main elements: rotor, thrust bearing, thrust bearing, diaphragms, seals, housing, foundation frames, bushings rolling out devices, axial shift relay (installed inside the bearing of a thrust bearing).
Overview:
The compressor rotor consists of a shaft on which, with the necessary interference fit without the use of key connections, are mounted: six impellers, a thrust disk, a dumis (unloading piston), eight bushings.
Each impeller of the compressor unit consists of a disk with blades that are milled from the body of the disk and from the tire. The disc and tires are connected with rivets.
The impellers are also welded.
Each impeller is statically balanced, and the rotor undergoes differential (in the process of its assembly) and final dynamic balancing.
