In the conditions of our plant, we are able to heat treat products with High Frequency Currents (hereinafter referred to as HDTV).
Overview:
High-frequency hardening is performed for parts made of medium-carbon and high-carbon steels, such as: 30Х13, 38ХГМ, 40Х, 40ХН, 45, 9Х1, 5ХНМ, У8 and many others, with the aim of their surface hardening. Depth of hardening layer of metal up to 4 mm.
Heat treatment of HDTV is carried out by highly qualified specialists in the quenching installation of induction heating IZ-6 (with microprocessor programmable module) of domestic production.
Technological capabilities of equipment for heat treatment of high-frequency products:
• length of the workpiece - up to 3000 mm;
• diameter / width of the hardened part - up to 2100 mm;
• part weight - up to 2000 kg.

Products and spare parts subjected to hardening:
• gears with a module from 10 to 36 (chevron, cylindrical, bevel, including with a circular tooth);

• flat parts: plates, cams, grips, etc.
