Design Developments

The results are provided to the Russian Technical Supervision Authority to obtain permission to operate the drilling rig.
The qualified staff of the design department has extensive experience in the design of drilling rig equipment. When developing projects, modern computer-aided design tools are used, which allow to optimize the design of nodes and reduce the number of errors at the design stage.

LLC NPTs Metallurg has a certificate of compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001: 2008) in relation to the design of technical devices (equipment) for the engineering, mining, coal, oil and gas industries.

• Preparation of technical specifications for the development of a particular site and equipment as a whole according to the initial requirements of the customer.
• Development of a technical project and its coordination in appropriate organizations in accordance with the established procedure.
• Development of a working draft.
• Control in the production of parts and assemblies.

• Performance of work on installation supervision and field supervision of the correct installation of the installation at the place of operation.
