FortiCell® LAB CD39016F is a cellulose pasting material designed for lead‑acid battery electrodes. It is a lightweight cellulose media with high purity and a perfect balance of key properties for all lead‑acid battery manufacturers. The pasting material is laminated onto the electrodes to prevent lead dust in the workshop and prevent shedding of the electrode. Key benefits include protection of electrode from dusting (excellent adhesion), rapid cellulose dissolution (pure cellulose media), and superior manufacturing efficiency (excellent wicking properties). The product supports high speed processing with no paste bleed through the material, high uniformity of fiber distribution, and allows rapid battery filling with low electric resistance.
