Airfuge® Ultracentrifuge, Beckman Coulter

The Airfuge® Ultracentrifuge is a compact benchtop ultracentrifuge designed for versatility and convenience in the laboratory. It uses standard house‑line air pressure to drive its air turbine, eliminating the need for a separate vacuum pump. A variety of rotors make the Airfuge ideal for a range of applications including receptor‑binding studies, lipoprotein assays, chylomicron studies, sample preparation for electron microscopy, and clarification of lipemic samples. The instrument is supplied by Beckman Coulter and distributed by VWR. Rotors are available separately.
