Information system "Remote Monitoring of Drilling" (IS UMB)

The Remote Drilling Monitoring Information System (hereinafter referred to as IS UMB) is designed to monitor remote well construction sites by transmitting information from the drilling site to the Customer's management levels via communication channels. IS UMB can be used by specialists of oil and gas producing and drilling enterprises in the oil and gas industry. The main purpose of using the system is to monitor the current state of remote sites in order to improve quality and reduce well construction costs. IS UMB allows an oil and gas producing company to create its own information resource in the field of well construction, provide the company's management levels with complete and reliable information on the well construction process, work performed, research and costs, solving a range of geological, technological and economic problems, and automate the work of personnel in generating reporting documentation. All initial information from remote sites is received in a standard unified manner and is contained in one place, which eliminates deliberate distortions in the reporting documentation transmitted to upper levels of the production hierarchy. Information can be transmitted in real time and according to a specified transmission schedule. Information from automated sources is transmitted in real time, and production and any other information is transmitted according to the regulations. Information delivered to the Customer's management levels is stored on the server (servers) and is available to specialists at any time. The owner himself manages and controls the information resource - at any time he can connect the objects of interest to him to monitor their condition and deliver the necessary information. Control is carried out independently of the contractors conducting work at the drilling site. All information is stored in the database, which is the basis for solving a set of geological and technological problems, economic analysis of the enterprise's work, system analysis of the efficiency of wells being drilled and planned for drilling, ensuring strategic planning in the field of well construction.
