Pump NT-320

The NC 320 double-piston, horizontal, double-acting pump with an integrated worm gear is designed to deliver various liquids during well cementing and flushing operations during drilling and well repair as part of pumping units. The NC 320 cementing pump's excellent design (excellent durability and reliability) is confirmed by numerous modifications, and its simplicity, ruggedness, and price-performance ratio remain unmatched. It is used to deliver and pump drilling fluids and drilling mud under high pressure into a well during cementing using sandblasting, production exploration drilling, and flushing operations in oil and gas wells. For easy transportation, the pumping equipment can be manufactured in a container-type block box. Cementing pumps are equipped with high-strength components: bimetallic cylinder liners, fluoroplastic pistons and rod seals, reinforced rods made of stainless steel and high-alloy steel, and heat-treated and chrome-plated surfaces. The cementing pump can be used to pump liquids (clay, cement, and brine solutions) during flushing and cementing operations in oil and gas wells during drilling and workovers. The NC-320 cementing pump is based on the 9T pump; its main components and assemblies are interchangeable. The use of a worm gear, a solid-forged plate, and other design and technological improvements have increased the durability and reliability of the NC-320 cementing pump compared to the 9T pump. The NC-320 cementing pump completely replaces the previously produced 9T cementing pump. The components and wear parts of the NC-320 cementing pump are interchangeable with those of the 9T pump. Several design and technological changes have increased the durability of the NC-320 cementing pump and extended its service life compared to the previously produced 9T pump.
