Our printed circuit board assembly service includes manual assembly of SMD, through-hole, and unpackaged components for small runs and prototypes. Technologies used include leaded, lead-free, and mixed soldering, component installation with adhesives and compounds, varnishing and protection of components, and cleaning of fluxes and contaminants using ultrasonic cleaning. We perform 100% quality control of the assembly (parametric, functional, and diagnostic), detection and repair of defects, and component disassembly. Our production complies with IEC 61340 standards for protection against static electricity.
