The 12kV Embedded Pole EP-12/1250-31.5 is an epoxy resin insulation component designed for medium voltage switchgear and vacuum circuit breaker applications. Manufactured using Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) technology. Features a rated voltage of 12kV, rated current of 1250A, and rated short-circuit breaking current of 31.5kA. Offers high mechanical strength with rated short-time withstand current of 31.5kA for 4 seconds and peak withstand current of 80kA. The pole has a circuit resistance of ≤25μΩ at rated contact force and mechanical life of 10,000 operations. Shelf life of 20 years with partial discharge magnitude ≤5pC at 13.2kV. Available in three options: EP-12/1250-31.5 (standard), EP-12/1250-25, and EP-12/630-25.
