Novandino's Technical Grade Lithium Carbonate (CRY9000.00) is a crystallized product with a minimum Li₂CO₃ content of 99%. It is an essential input for the glass industry, especially in high-tech applications such as luminaires, displays, and optical products. Its incorporation into the glass mixture reduces the melting point and viscosity of the glass, facilitating more efficient processes with lower power consumption. It also improves resistance to sudden temperature changes, increasing glass durability. The product is produced from brine extracted from the Atacama Salt Flat and processed in Antofagasta plants.
