HIT 4.54 Mounted Tedder

The HIT 4.54 is a four-rotor mounted tedder from PÖTTINGER's HIT series, designed for high-quality forage conservation. It features DYNATECH rotor technology with swept-shape tine arms for clean spreading work and minimum crude ash ingress. The machine achieves a working width (DIN) of 5.2 m with its 1.67 m diameter rotors. Each rotor has 6 tine arms. The tedder weighs 550 kg and requires only 35 hp. The compact design with pivoting headstock places the centre of gravity close to the tractor, enhancing safety on slopes and road transport. The machine features a heart-shaped pivot pin retainer for automatic centring, and large 16x6.5-8 flotation tyres on each rotor for smooth running and sward protection. The rotors pivot inwards for safe transport with a transport width of 2.85 m. The tedder is equipped with PÖTTINGER Super C grade spring steel tines with unequal leg length and HEAVY DUTY tine security system.
