Description:
The AVR Falcon is a reception hopper/bunker designed for gentle potato handling during crop storage operations. It features a potato-friendly bunker floor with all steel parts covered in soft rubber for 100% gentle crop handling. The hopper floor includes a horizontal nod after the inclining part to break the solid flow and ensure constant product flow to the cleaning rollers. The roller unit can be customized with extra cleaning options. Minimum drop heights are adjustable: 14-21 cm between bunker floor and roller set, and 25-35 cm from roller set to product transport belt (with fall breaker fingers option, approx. 10 cm). Capacity control regulates constant flow to the roller set with speed adjustable from 0.5 to 6.5 m/min (0.2 to 6.5 m/min optional). The Falcon is available in three models: 24-45 (4.5 m bunker floor), 24-60 (6 m bunker floor), and 1800.
