Description:
The HI-KOOL is a high-capacity vertical stainless steel milk silo designed for large-scale dairy farms requiring efficient cooling, hygienic storage and reliable bulk milk storage. The vertical design allows farms to increase storage capacity while making efficient use of available ground space. Capacity range is from 20,000 to 40,000 litres. The silo features plate jacket cooling for efficient milk cooling, gentle agitation to preserve milk fat quality, and programmable CIP (Clean-in-Place) washing options. The outer vessel is constructed from stainless steel with an alcove front panel with two doors, two level sensors for capacity-controlled cooling, ladder support hooks, automated wash system, threadwash outlet as standard, cover for expansion valves, softstart for agitator motor, and sample tap. The vertical design makes HI-KOOL ideal where high storage capacity is needed without the footprint of a large horizontal tank.
