Description:
The WH 240-600 E is a premium wendel kneader from DIOSNA's Hygienic Design Line. The mixer features an open, hygienic stainless steel design with stainless steel profiles. It is designed according to the guidelines of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). The machine is suitable for wet cleaning in the low-pressure range. The two oppositely rotating wendel tools knead the dough gently with low heating, making the mixer suitable for all types of dough. Batch capacity ranges from 240 kg to 600 kg dough. The WH E-series features under bowl discharge through an electrically controlled opening. All movements are electric, without hydraulics. The machine cladding is glass bead blasted and reduced to a minimum. The hygienic design ensures faster and more thorough cleaning and reduces surfaces for deposits. Surfaces are hygienically optimised to prevent microbial and particulate contamination of the end product.
