Hebei GN Solids Control Co., Ltd. (Brand: GN Solid Control) is a professional manufacturer of solids control equipment. Its main products include drilling solids control equipment, oilfield sludge treatment equipment, decanter centrifuges, shale shakers, and drilling mud treatment systems. GN Solid Control is a national high-tech enterprise and was awarded the title of a specialized, specialized, and emerging small giant enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China in 2023. GN's parent company and subsidiaries have registered and paid up capital of RMB 120 million, and its factory covers an area of 170 acres. GN Solid Control has also established physical subsidiaries in the United States and Australia. GN Solid Control's management system is perfect. It has passed the American API quality management system certification for 14 consecutive years since 2010, and has also passed the ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certifications of the China Classification Society for many consecutive years. GN Solids Control's products have passed the ATEX certification in the European Union, the EAC quality certification in Russia, and the international IECEX certification. GN Solids Control's production and operation utilize a cloud-based ERP + CRM management system, which enables digital production process management and quality monitoring. History and scale of the company

The former Tangshan GN was founded in 2007, and after moving to Langfang, Hebei GN Solids Control Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. With a total registered paid-up capital of RMB 120 million for the company's plant in Langfang and a subsidiary plant in Tangshan, and more than 200 full-time employees, the company is headquartered at Industrial Road 3, Chaobaihe Industrial Park, Dachang County, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The company has two manufacturing plants in Chaobaihe Industrial Park, Dachang County, Langfang City, and Yutian, Hebei, covering a total area of 110,000 square meters (170 acres). The company has a full range of machining and inspection equipment. Processing equipment: imported large gantry pentagon, imported machining center, Shenyang Machine Tool CNC lathe, vertical lathe, etc. Coating and heat treatment equipment: automatic shot blasting machine, large automatic powder coating line, spray and drying chamber, heat treatment equipment, hard fusion equipment. Material processing equipment: laser cutting machine, CNC plasma plate cutting machine, plasma pipe cutting machine, bending machine, sheet rolling machine, etc. The display workshop is equipped with a welding robot, large injection molding machine, and hot pressing machine. In addition, the company has two sets of dynamic balancers, a French three-axis inspection arm, a welding robot workstation, and other advanced processing and inspection equipment.
