Description:
Designed for drilling production and exploratory wells, overhaul of wells and sidetracking. The depth of drilling is up to 3000 meters (when drilling a column of 28 kg / m).
Overview:
MBK-140 installation provides the following works:
- installation - dismantling of equipment at the wellhead;
- hoisting operations;
- moving from well to well;
- descent of tubing, drill pipe and casing;
- installation of production equipment at the wellhead;
- emergency response work;
- drilling cement plugs and related operations (lowering and raising drill pipes, flushing wells, etc.);
- cementation of bridges, etc.
- milling and liquidation of wells;
- drilling operations;
- sidetracking.
The mobile drilling complex is designed to operate in macroclimatic regions with a temperate and cold climate at an ambient temperature of -45 ° С to + 45 ° С. Accommodation category I according to GOST 15150.
The advantages of MBK-140 in comparison
with domestic production facilities:
1. The installation simplified the transmission of the winch drive, rotor and emergency drive:
1.1. The number of gearboxes - 3 instead of 5;
1.2. The number of chain circuits - 3 instead of 5;
1.3. There is no emergency drive gearbox and associated circuit;
1.4. The emergency drive system employs 1 (one) gerotor hydraulic motor mounted in an intermediate gearbox having only 4 gears, which ensures the operation of all systems of the mobile drilling complex;
1.5. The emergency system is able to maintain the performance of the complex with hook loads of up to 140 tons.
1.6. The kinematic scheme of the intermediate gearbox is completely unloaded from the efforts of the winch to drive gears;
2. Three chain circuits of the winch are located in the oil baths of the winch body and occupy a smaller size.
3. The installation used a new kinematic diagram of the brake system of the winch, which provides an insignificant elevation angle of the brake handle when disengaging and a small force when braking the maximum load, due to the presence of a gear transmission with a variable gear ratio;
an automatic device was introduced to protect the driller from being hit by the brake handle during emergency operation of the air brake; a pneumatic brake cylinder was introduced instead of automobile pneumatic chambers and chambers with an energy accumulator having an insufficient stroke and a small force on the rod.
4. Also, a powerful two-section cylinder for extending the upper section of the tower with two rods pointing up and down was introduced in the installation, the length of each is equal to half the stroke of a single-section cylinder. This makes it possible to exclude folding centralizers, which are extremely unreliable elements, from the design of the installation.
5. An automatic pressure relief valve has been introduced in the hydraulic system for lifting the tower, which allows overloading the rear tower support and struts at the end of the tower lifting and in preparation for the descent.
6. In the mobile drilling base of the installation, instead of removable side struts, struts with a double hinge are introduced, allowing them to be laid in the corresponding grooves of the mobile base during transportation.
7. A longitudinal opening is made in the upper frame of the mobile drilling base, allowing the chute to be brought closer to the rotor, which provides the convenience of gripping and releasing single pipes when moving them to and from bridges.
