LZ73 Downhole Motor (PDM)

The LZ73 Downhole Motor is a positive displacement drilling motor designed for small-diameter wellbore applications, such as slim-hole drilling, workover, sidetracking, and horizontal drilling. It is part of DUPU's LZ series and is characterized by its compact 73 mm (2.87 in) outer diameter. Key features: High Torque & Speed Options: Available in multiple configurations (standard, high torque, high speed) to match different formation requirements. Reliable Bearing System: Multi-stage thrust bearing assembly capable of handling high axial loads and extended run life. Advanced Stator & Rotor: High-performance rubber compound for the stator and a hard-chrome-plated rotor with an optimized profile for better sealing, efficiency, and durability. Wide Temperature Range: Standard temperature rating up to 120°C (248°F); high-temperature versions available for geothermal or deep wells. Modular Design: Interchangeable components allow for easy maintenance and field adjustment of operating parameters. The LZ73 is commonly used with coiled tubing or small-diameter drill pipe in shallow oil/gas wells, coalbed methane (CBM) wells, and water wells.
