RAZOR 600 Flat Cultivator

The RAZOR 600 is a professional flat cultivator designed for full-surface and ultra-flat tillage. It features 5 rows of tines with a row spacing of 50 cm / 19.68" and a line spacing of 15 cm / 5.9". The machine is equipped with HERKULES tines (70×12 mm) and can be fitted with duckfoot sweeps (200 mm / 7.87" or 240 mm / 9.45") or narrow shares (53 mm / 2.08"). The working width is 6.00 m / 19.70 ft, and the transport width is 2.93 m / 9.60 ft. The frame height of 60 cm ensures clog-free operation even with large amounts of organic material. The RAZOR features hydraulic working depth adjustment, a 3-row parallelogram-guided following weeder tine section (optional), and depth guidance via rear rollers or wheels with optional front wheels. The tine arrangement ensures even distribution and an ultra-flat cut with perfect mixing of organic material. The machine is suitable for stubble cultivation, incorporation of cover crops, seeding catch crops with the optional P-BOX, and regulation of deep-rooting weeds.
