The CMD-L144BD is a bifacial n‑type TOPCon photovoltaic module from AE Solar’s Terra series, specifically designed for vertical installations and agrivoltaic (agri‑PV) applications. It features 144 half‑cells and a 30 mm anodised aluminium alloy frame with a 2.0 mm glass cover. The vertical installation enables easy movement of agricultural machinery, reduces mounting system costs, and minimises dust accumulation on the panels. The module’s innovative interconnection design places junction boxes and cables at the edges, eliminating rear‑side self‑shading and increasing bifaciality for higher energy yield.
