It is a viscous, water-soluble yellow liquid used to solubilize essential oils. All Spectrum Chemical NF grade products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21 CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
