TSO Rotary Reactor Tube Furnace

The TSO Rotary Reactor Tube Furnace is specifically designed for processing and testing powders or granules at high temperatures. The furnace body is split into two halves and hinged at the rear, with gas struts providing smooth opening action. Opening the furnace allows easier insertion of the work tube with sealing flanges. Maximum operating temperature of 1100°C. Reactor vessel diameter of 120 mm. Heated lengths available: 400, 600, 800, and 1000 mm. Available with 1 or 3 heated zones. Equipped with Ethernet communications and a 24-segment programmable controller as standard. Single-zone models equipped with Carbolite EPC3016P1 controller. TSO model features batch oscillating operation with 1–8 oscillations per minute, 314° in each direction.
