BC Completion System (Single Tubing with ESP Feedthru)

The BC Completion System is designed for single tubing systems with provision for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) Feedthru. The system includes a Tubing Head Spool with short bowl capable of receiving different ESP Feedthru models. The configuration features a 45° landing shoulder to support the tubing string. Elastomeric seals are provided on the Tubing Hanger body, with elastomeric or metal seal options between the Tubing Hanger and Tubing Head Adapter. An orientation device option is available for the Tubing Hanger. Swivel flanges are optional on the Tubing Head Adapter. Locking mechanism is provided by Lock Down Screws. The system is designed for pressure ratings from 2,000 to 10,000 psi and temperatures from -46°C to +180°C. Material trim options include AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF, HH. Nominal sizes range from 7-1/16" to 13-5/8", with tubing sizes from 2-3/8" to 7". Applicable standards are API 6A and ISO 10423.
