Bs/Bshd Conventional Wellhead

The BS/BSHD Conventional Wellhead is based upon a straight bore bowl with a 45° shoulder to support casing loads, with a single casing string suspended in each spool. Two configurations of Mandrel Casing Hanger and five configurations of Slip Casing Hanger can be installed. The wellhead features flanged top and bottom connections, test ports with buried check valve, and studded side outlets with valve removal plug thread or line pipe threaded outlets. Top flange options include no Lock Down Screws, two Lock Down Screws for Bore Protector retention, or Lock Down Screws for Casing Hanger/Pack-Off retention. Housing bottom connections include Slip on Weld, Slip Lock, and Threaded Connection. A Landing Base option is available to transfer wellhead loads to Conductor Pipe or Cellar Floor. Pressure ratings range from 2,000 to 20,000 psi, with temperatures from -60°C to +180°C. Flange nominal sizes range from 7-1/16" to 26-3/4", with casing sizes from 4-1/2" to 24-1/2". Applicable standards are API 6A and ISO 10423.
