Trailer-Mounted Frac Pumper

The GOES Trailer-Mounted Frac Pumper is a high-pressure pumping unit designed for hydraulic and acid fracturing operations. The unit is trailer-mounted and features a diesel engine with various horsepower ratings (MTU, Caterpillar, or Cummins) and a heavy-duty powershift transmission (ZF, Allison, Caterpillar, or Twin Disc). High-pressure triplex or quintuplex pumps provide the pumping capability. The horizontal radiator includes a hydraulic thermostatically controlled fan. The unit is designed for extreme climates ranging from -40°C to +60°C. Applications include hydraulic and acid fracturing, high-pressure solvent and liquid carbon dioxide pumping. Features include remote control for added safety and communication, hydraulic/electric/air start, heavy-duty exhaust system, heavy-duty air cleaners with pre-cleaners, engine pre-heaters, electrical trace heating, over-pressure safety device, emergency shutdown, and various coolers. The suction manifold is suitable for H2S service. Various pump manifold configurations and suction or discharge dampeners are available.
