Cryostar I

The CryoStar I is an automatic cryoscope (single-sample device without printer) for determining the freezing point of milk. The instrument follows the reference method according to DIN/ISO/IDF 5764. It features a large touch screen and a new cooling system. The freezing curve is displayed during measurement on the graphic color display. Plateau search according to DIN/ISO/IDF 5764 is performed and recorded. The device is user-friendly, fast, accurate, and robust.
