CV Combination Inspection System

The METTLER TOLEDO CV Combination is a fully integrated inspection system combining dynamic checkweighing and machine vision inspection in a single unit. The system offers weight control and completeness check combined with label inspection for all product shapes. The space-saving solution features a single frame with only four feet on the ground, shared conveyor belts and handling components to reduce costs. The C-Series checkweighers offer precision weighing at production speeds of up to 800 ppm with FlashCell™ EMFR technology delivering 100% weight control. The vision inspection system performs automated label data verification, graphical ID label inspection, label placement, skew and wrinkle detection. The system features a Smart Camera with 12" or 15" touchscreen HMI. Integration with ProdX quality management software enables automated critical quality control processes. The system supports various interfaces including Ethernet, Fieldbus and OPC technologies for Industry 4.0 initiatives. A global network of service experts provides fast remote and on-site support.
