SP-UV1100 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer

The DLAB SP-UV1100 is a UV-visible spectrophotometer designed for measuring the absorbance or transmittance of a substance at a specific wavelength or within a certain wavelength range. The instrument enables qualitative or quantitative analysis, kinetic experiments, protein or DNA detection, DNA and RNA quantitative analysis, and protein quantitative analysis. It features a single-beam optical system with a tungsten lamp and deuterium lamp light source. The SP-UV1100 offers a wavelength range of 190-1100 nm with a spectral bandwidth of 2.0 nm. The instrument can save up to 128 sets of standard curves and 4000 test data points. Test data is saved in real time to avoid data loss in case of sudden power failure. The instrument features automatic wavelength calibration and dark current correction. It can automatically switch the light source and turn off the corresponding light source to prolong service life. The instrument is compatible with various accessories including automatic cell holder, film holder, tube rack, constant temperature cell holder, reflectivity accessory, variable optical path sample holder, variable angle solid sample holder, and other special accessories. Computer software enables extended applications such as wavelength scanning, time scanning (kinetics), multi-wavelength scanning, and DNA/protein detection analysis.
