The SIEBTECHNIK TEMA CONTURBEX is a continuously operating, filtering screen scroll centrifuge with a very wide range of applications. The machine concept has been tried and tested for decades for demanding tasks. Thousands of CONTURBEX units are in use worldwide across various industrial sectors, including chemical and food industries. The centrifuge achieves flexibility through a screw operated at differential speed. Key advantages include continuous operation, smooth running behavior even with fluctuating feed conditions, good product washing, low specific costs, and minimal maintenance effort. The design principle simplifies maintenance and ensures low-vibration, economical operation at high throughput rates. The machine is available in versions with USDA approval for hygienic applications. The CONTURBEX features a central circulating oil lubrication system for all bearings and excellent access to all product-contact components.
