Tula Metal Rolling Plant is engaged in the production of rolled metal products (hot-rolled steel products) and manufactures metal structures of various types, complexity, and volume. TMPZ products are used in the following areas: metro construction, mining, road, industrial and civil construction. Currently, Tula Metal Rolling Plant has over a thousand completed projects for the production of various metal structures and about a million tons of rolled metal products. The company pays great attention to the development of technologies, production processes are continuously improved. Due to this, the volumes of manufactured products are growing annually. Our employees are distinguished by high professionalism and responsibility, which is confirmed by the company's certificate of conformity of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. The key equipment of our rolling production is a modern rolling mill 300, designed for reinforcing and non-reinforcing rolled products, round rolled products, as well as special profiles. The metal rolling technology used by the plant makes it possible to use both square blanks and railway rails as blanks. All rolled metal products are sold through the Trading House Steel Solutions. The volumes of our metal rolling production are about 12 thousand tons per month, or about 140 thousand tons per year. Metal structures at our enterprise are similarly manufactured on the most modern equipment using innovative production technologies. At the same time, the products of the metal rolling plant find a wide range of application. This is the construction of both industrial and civil facilities in the energy sector, oil and gas complex, agriculture. Our metal structures are in demand in road construction, bridge construction, shopping and entertainment centers, logistics and sports and health complexes. The entire manufacturing process is carried out in strict accordance with the standards of GOST and TU RF. During the quality control of soldered elements, the enterprise necessarily uses innovative equipment - X-ray machines and ultrasound scanning devices. They are able to detect even the smallest defects in welded joints. During subsequent processing, rolled metal is tested for compliance with the required chemical composition. If it detects even minimal violations, the entire batch of products is removed from production.
