NIR CJSC is a Russian manufacturer of tools (drills, milling cutters, countersinks, reamers, thread milling cutters, taps, cutters, special and shaped tools). On October 15, 2008, RUSNANO State Corporation, NPO Saturn OJSC and Gazprombank OJSC established a new company — New Instrumental Solutions Closed Joint-Stock Company. The main activity of NIR CJSC is the production of modern metal-cutting carbide tools with a multilayer nanostructured coating, built according to the most modern standards. The production uses machines from world leaders: Walter, Zoller, Novotec, Studer, Woco, Junker.
