The company NPP Starlink was founded in 2008 and is a developer and manufacturer of armored fiber-optic microcables for communication networks, video surveillance systems, perimeter security systems, as well as fiber-optic sensor cables for physical parameter monitoring systems: SL-OKMB, SL-OEK, SL-OKDM, SL-OTsPTs-D2(k).

Along with the cable, NPP Starlink produces cable assemblies and connecting optical cords (patch cords) based on armored fiber-optic microcables of the SL-OKMB-01/02, SL-OKMB-03 (up to 24 connectors) brands, as well as drop cables SL-OKPC D2 (flat) and SL-OKPC-D2k (round). The goal of the project is to create mass production of an optical cable with unique properties that has no analogues in the world - fiber-optic armored microcable of the SL-OKMB brand. The company is engaged in the development and production of armored optical cable for communication networks, video surveillance systems, perimeter security systems, as well as fiber-optic sensor cables for physical parameter monitoring systems.
